While not a very exciting week, I feel like I managed some good savings.
*I stuck to the grocery budget. I did take advantage of a sale and some coupons to stock up on inexpensive garden peas.
*W borrowed a front end loader from my uncle and moved some dirt into the greenhouse to level the floor. The dirt was free (from the back part of our church's cemetery).
*I refreshed the porch and front yard with no money spent.
*The weather was cooler for a few days so we did not need the air conditioner. I take those days when I can get them.
*Meals were a focus of using up what we have as well as eating up leftovers.
A simple week but there were still savings to be found!
