Mercy House Global Artisan Recipe Cards Giveaway

When I ordered a couple of gifts from Mercy House Global, I received a set of Artisan Recipe Cards.  Since I already have a set from a Fair Trade Friday box, I decided to give this second set away.  The cards feature recipes from six different countries.

The recipes included are:

• Costa Rican Beans and Rice
• Rwandan Tomato and Plantain Soup
• Rice Pudding from Nepal
• Slow Cooker Indian Butter Chicken
• Afghanistan Rice with Chicken and Carrots
• Tropical Jicama Salad
